Your order will post in your online
account as “On Order”, or "Processing" until it has shipped. Your product is
either en route from the manufacturer to Max Wigs, or is en route from
Max Wigs to you the next business day from the date
you placed your order. Your order may post as “On Order” for a
period of time while we organize the items in our shipping department
along with the other orders being processed.
Please
do not be alarmed by the “On Order“ notation, as it means we
are working on your order. You may access your account information
status only if you have ordered online. All orders are processed in batches or groups to
keep an organized warehouse.
When your order has shipped and received a tracking #, your order status will be updated to "Completed"'
