We use USPS, FedEx, &
UPS as our shipping methods. Please note that we do not guarantee
delivery by a specific date. The shipping time frames stated for each
of our shipping options is the estimated number of business days it will take
for you to receive your order after your order leaves our warehouse
(time of shipment) and not the number of days after you place your order. The
day your order ships does NOT count as a shipping day.
Additionally, our shippers do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or
National Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, Friday After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New
Years Day). These do not count as shipping days.
While in most cases we are able to ship within 1 or 2 business days of
when the order is placed, we can not guarantee it. “Business Days” are
defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and
holidays.
We currently offer 4 different shipping options for domestic orders:If
you have ordered using Economy Shipping we make our best effort to deliver
your product within 8 to 11 business days.
If you have ordered using Standard
Shipping we make our best effort to deliver your product within 4 to 6
business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please check
your calendar.
If
you have ordered using Express Shipping we make our best effort to deliver
your product within 2 to 3 business days.
If
you have ordered using Premium Shipping we make our best effort to deliver
your product within 1 to 2 business days.
